So I was told by the Clip Studio twitter people that while you can transfer a Manga Studio licence to a CSP one, you couldn’t do it with a MS EX licence to transfer to a CSP EX one. However, I tried it and it worked!!
So yeah, if you have a Manga Studio EX key, what you do is, you download Clip Studio Paint and then when you open the program, go to Help > Register Licence and punch in your MS EX code. It worked for me and I’m really glad I didn’t have to buy another licence.
About Screentones in Manga/Clip Studio
Hey guys, for those of you who use Manga Studio 5 or Clip Studio I have this issue with screentones where the screentones will always look different when I export them or when someone tries to see the image in their browser it’ll change appearance when they zoom in and out. Anyone else have this issue? I would really appreciate some assistance!
Manga Studio/Clip Studio Impressions
Recently I invested in Manga Studio 5 EX because I managed to get it for $75 as opposed to the usual $230 it goes for. Now to preface, Manga Studio 5 is different from the previous versions in that it’s the same exact program as another one called Clip Studio Paint, except rebranded for western audiences. Both have English versions, but Clip Studio is digital download only while Manga Studio 5 is a physical item.
