Ordered the new Surface Pro 4 pen (shown right). I decided to take a photo of it side by side with the original SP3 pen. It works with the SP3 so I thought I’d get it because it has different textured nibs. The default one has some nice resistance to it so far. I haven’t tried them all yet, but according to the manual:

2H- Very low friction

H- Low friction

HB- Medium friction (the default tip)

B- High friction

Unfortunately, unless you have a Surface Pro 4 you don’t get the benefit of the new digitizer which has 1024 pressure points and less Initial Activation Force, but for the longer battery life, an actual eraser, design and various tips I feel like this’ll be a pretty good investment.
