Join him, won’t ya?
HELL YEAH
Unused cover art for what would’ve been my Morenatsu doujin, No Need For Hiroyuki!: Caramel Cat. I’d still like to actually finish it someday, but school happened and the stress of so many other things kicked in. Someday, surely, though.

Anonymous asked: If Morenatsu had an anime...who would you pick to animate it?
Aw man.
Assuming I had a high budget and my pick of any studio? I would pick CoMix Wave Films. They’re responsible for 5 Centimeters Per Second and Garden of Words which have absolutely gorgeous background artwork. Imagine Minasato rendered in this style!
I feel like the type of story Morenatsu is would benefit from having gorgeous backgrounds like this!
Other studios I would consider are Studio Trigger which did Little Witch Academia. The style that LWA is animated in would really work for the high energy mood the Morenatsu crew can produce at times. Now, if I assumed it was a 13 episode anime with an average budget (which is around $2-4 million dollars) I would probably go with Studio Bones who does pretty good stuff with average budgets! Madhouse would be great too, but I feel like their work is better suited for really high octane work like the fight scenes in One Punch Man or the movie REDLINE.
So yeah, those are a few studios which I would hire if I had my way.
