I inked an older sketch of an older Shun. I plan on printing it out and coloring it with my markers cuz I wanna try a hybridized approach sometime.
ajellydog asked: Do you have a full around ref of vinny?
I don’t, unfortunately. All I have are his beta sprites . To be honest the only thing that changes between renditions of him is the roundness of his tum and cheeks because I’m inconsistent. There’s also the Valentine’s pic of him from last month.
Hope that helps!

durry-fongers asked: What's the status on Werewolf Hostclub?
I’ve been busy with school and applying for a ton of jobs, so I haven’t worked on anything other than core concepts and notes. I also drafted a logo today.

That said, I can’t really give an ETA on when I’ll start the meat of the project seeing as I don’t even know if I’ll be moving to Japan this summer or not, but rest assured once everything settles down, I’ll be working on it in regular increments.
I wonder what song she’s singing. Ai Kotoba, probably.

lunalocostacos asked: With new ANIMATION options, what's Zeny thinking of animating first!
Dunno! I’ll have to play around with it sometime.
If you have Clip Studio Paint or Manga Studio 5, you should update because they added animation features. You can make up to 24 frames with the normal version and unlimited with the EX. If you have Manga Studio, you can use the serial for it to get Clip Studio.
I saw this and thought I should share! For years I didn’t think anyone liked my art. I didn’t like my art because I thought it was too different. When one person told me they liked my art, it helped me believe in my art. It made a world of difference. Sometimes people are too shy to say something. But they are out there, and they like what you do!
Reblogging this right now.
I never think about this…
I loved this much.
I have more hope now. Thank you.
Very true.
This is a good perspective to keep in any creative endeavors.
I think this is a great time to share a story with you all.
When I was coming from from work one day, I took a different train than usual due to maintenance work. On the train, there was a guy next to me watching anime on his phone. I decided to ask him what show it was and that led to us talking about this and that. Eventually the conversation drifted into art talk, and we started exchanging our sketches. Turns out, he was a technical artist who was in charge of drawing diagrams of microscopic lifeforms for science books. I told him “Wow, I wish I could stuff that detailed!”. He then points to my sketches and says “And I wish I could do stuff that energetic!”.
The moral of the story is that there’s always someone out there who wishes they could do what you do and how you do it, so don’t feel too bad if you think your art isn’t up to snuff.
