Thank you!! I’m glad.
Thanks! I’ll keep hammering out concepts in the mean time.

Hell yes. Describe what kind of werewolves, please? (Cursed human kind, people eating kind, transferable condition kind, which kinds?)
I’m still sorting out those details but you can bet I’m hammering out details to make it good!
Although we can safely rule out the eating people kind.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
I’m still not sure how I feel about making an entire game but I’m heavily considering it and I’ve been doing a lot of ground work writing wise. Anyway, everything pertaining to it will be tagged as Werewolf Hostclub.
Thank you very much!

I used Tyrano Builder which is currently 25% for Comiket week!
There are other free programs to make visual novels such as Ren’Py , Visual Novelty, and Cloud Novel but Tyrano Builder streamlines the process and I found it much easier to just jump right into it. I managed to get a solid grasp of the interface within a day of playing around with it.
Now, Ren’Py is the standard and considered the best and to be fair it is. It’s extremely flexible and has a huge support community that’s willing to provide free assets and pre-written code. Ultimately though if dealing with code isn’t your strongest suit, Tyrano Builder is an inviting way of getting started and even allows for Javascript if you’re able to do that sort of thing so I picked it over the others.
As far other engines though, Visual Novelty was headed in the right direction but I found it rather clunky and there haven’t been any updates for it in almost five years. I can’t vouch for Cloud Novel as I haven’t used it, but it’s basically a website for making visual novels. There’s also KiriKiri but it’s all in Japanese.
This started off as a simple question but trailed off into me rambling about visual novel engines, so I apologize, but I do hope this helped a bit!

Thank you very much! I appreciate it!

None of my characters are straight.
Unless I state otherwise, assume all of my characters are anything but straight.
Excellent Imma smooch Lee SO MUCH
Lee is outright gay. Gay gay gay gay gay!!
None of my characters are straight.
Unless I state otherwise, assume all of my characters are anything but straight.
Thank you!
As of now, it’s Windows only, so it’ll only work on PCs but maybe in the future I can make Mac and Android variants.
A lot of you have enjoyed the little VN skit I made and I’m really glad! Truthfully, I didn’t expect such a huge positive reception but I’m thankful all the same. If it becomes popular enough, I would like to spin it off into an entire game with more routes, werewolves of various body shapes, and an enjoyable storyline. I’d have more work on my plate between this and Caramel Cat, but if the reception is good enough, I’ll be more than happy to do so.
Thank you

Hang in there, good scientist.
Thank you, I really appreciate the sentiment.
I love my characters dearly and want to write really good stories for them but I also have a hard time focusing and being as passionate about them as I am characters from shows I like.
The struggle is real.
It’s a drawing bat-attitude did for me some time ago of my character Ashe!
Something like this would come out of it, I suppose!
