Sure

I wanna wake up next to a fat werewolf guy one morning
So like, I actually had the Hiroyuki-Nanafuse URL for a while now and I want to use it as an ask blog. Mind you I won’t be RP’ing in it but I really like drawing Nanafuse so feel free to ask questions to that account!
No, but I can provide feedback when it’s out in the wild!
do you stare at the sun and ask are you the sun
I noticed people are already scrambling to make their own fan routes, particularly for Torahiko and I don’t blame you guys at all. But please let things settle down first and even then take a while to consider there’s an entire character there. I know it’s tempting to project your perfect husbando fantasies onto him but not giving him any conflict, flaws, or what have you will just flatten the character. I know he’s great, I like him too, but try to write him like an actual person. Make him a character people can empathize with.
I know it’s silly, but I can’t even bring myself to draw goodbye fanart for Morenatsu. It’s just a game, but it was a really charming game that brought me together with some great folk to talk to on Skype and eventually in person and inspired a lot of my work. The game had bad writing in places but ultimately it had a very raw, honest feeling that kept me liking it.
There are people scrambling to make their own fan routes and best of luck to them. I just ask if you do it, please consider the importance of empathy and catharsis that routes like Kouya and Shin’s routes had as your springboard.
I’ll look into organizing it. I’ve never done anything like that, but pretty much all the artists in the fandom know each other so it wouldn’t be too hard to pull everyone together.
By the way, to clear this up so you all know, this blog is run by Shang ( shanghai-ohmy / shun-kodoris ), Odin ( htodinth ), and Zeny ( thefortressofscience / junkyardzeny ). Cheers!
Posting this here! We made a blog for general discussion, fanart, etc in case any of you here are interested. The game project might be dead, but we aren’t!
Morenatsu is officially canned. I can’t say I’m surprised but also I’m really sad because that little game brought me a lot of joy and inspired not only my art direction but also my desire to explore visual novels as a medium. I met some great friends through that game so it’s sad to see it go.
I’m still going to draw fanart of it and I’m working on a Shin/Kouno comic but damn this sucks. Isn’t today the first day of Summer Break in Japan? lmao what a cruel time to post it
What happened, man? o.o
Development difficulties, lack of time among staff, engine problems, etc. There were 3 routes left. :(

I am peripherally aware of the SBR cast. He does indeed look like a cool dog!
feathery-dreamer reblogged your post feathery-dreamer asked:New follow… and added:
Wait, so he takes on the form and name of people he comes in contact with? And yeah, I did watch the bonus scene with…
He can take the form of people he comes into contact with and often does to surprise them, but before he met Hiroyuki and Shun he was just a ghost without any shape. You learn about his creation if you go through Shun’s version of the Test of Courage and then meet up a few days later to develop the photos.
You learn in-game that Nanafuse’s first name (Which by default is Hiroyuki, like the default player name) comes from Hiroyuki himself. When Shun approached Nanafuse, he was given his form and when Hiroyuki approached him he was given his name and consciousness.
As far as the drawing goes, it’d make a fun headcanon to play around with the idea it was Nana who influenced Hiro to draw that picture. You learn Nanafuse hangs around the school in a bonus scene you unlock in the gallery after completing Kouno’s route, so you never know!

Thank you!!
